Gold Belt (9th Kyu - Ku Kyu)

The Gold Belt Principle Is Self Control

Self control is managing your own behavior and controlling your actions. Karate can be exciting, but one of our rules is to show self control before, during and after class. We are performing techniques that could be dangerous unless you practice self control.
