Class Times
Beginner Classes
All levels from white belt through black belt are welcome to attend.
- Tuesdays 5:15 - 6:00 pm
- Thursdays 5:15 -6:00 pm
- Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00 am
Intermediate Classes
Belt levels blue and higher are welcome to attend intermediate classes. Belt levels yellow and higher are invited to sparring. Sparring equipment is required to participate in sparring.

- Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00 am
Black Belt Classes
Students with a black belt or 1st KYU - IK KYU brown belt may attend these classes.

- Saturdays 11am-12pm
